Jacob’s Experience:

I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed in my real estate business and felt all of my time was being consumed. How could I further scale and grow my business when I was already jam-packed where I currently was. I know I needed to hire help, but local help in the US started at $15/hr and there was not a very large pool of motivated or qualified employees at that price point. I was in this conflict for about 3 years before I decided I needed to make a change.

I took many courses, paid many thousands of dollars, and spent countless hours learning with trial and error until I finally took the leap to acquire the skill set to hire a virtual assistant to help me in my real estate career. Her name is Marren and she assists me with my day to day administrative tasks such as social media marketing, cold calling, nurturing cold clients, managing my Facebook, responding to leads, and many other various tasks. This has helped me to focus more on income producing activities and allowed me to scale my business from 40 real estate deals per year to 55 real estate deals per year and growing. In the first quarter of 2024, I was even able to handle 23 simultaneous transactions at once with her assistance.
